One of the most important cakes I have ever made was made for my best friend, in February of 2009. It was my first hand frosted logo cake and it had to be perfect.

Her father, Vaughn Myers, loved family, good food, Harley's and guitars. He was one of those people that did nice things just because he could. He was also a fan of those "hole in the wall" diners and restaurants, and did not let distance come between him and a craving for a tasty treat, no matter the distance. Cheers to a life well lived, and a man who's legacy lives on long and strong thorough his children. They're good people. They have determination, dedication, and hearts of gold.
Mr. Myers, you'd be proud of your kids, they are really good people.
